Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

How can i track my order?

To track your order you need Order ID and email OR Tracking number after that simply put it into ORDER TRACKING menu.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only 12 Hour time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via email atinfo@sastocollection.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed.

Will I get an email with my order details?

Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.

When i receive tracking number?

It will take 1-3 business days to process your order after that you will
receive email with tracking number information. you can also track your
order with order ID and email.

Do i have to pay for subscription?

No, subscription are free in this store.

Why isn't my tracking number working?

It may take up to 2 days for your tracking number to activate once you receive it.

What if the item(s) I received are incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 15 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Where is my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. 
If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.

All products are guaranteed to be authentic.

Are Store products new or pre-owned?

We only sell new items.

What should i do if i provided you a wrong shipping address?

In this case you should contact us immediately by sending an email to info@sastocollection.com and provide us your correct address. after that our team procced to check whether we're able to change your order destination for you.

If your order has been ship out, we are realy sorry, we are unable to change address neither send another packet without any additional fee.
